Get to Know Misha

Hi, my name is Misha (she/her)! I’m so excited to be part of the First Year Five team this year!

I’m a sophomore from central New Jersey (if you believe that exists) and am a dual-citizen of the Czech Republic. I’m currently double majoring in Psychology and Spanish, with a correlate sequence in Secondary Education (certifying for high school education), and am considering becoming either a foreign language teacher, success coach, or sex therapist. Around campus, I work at the Office of International Students and Scholars, am a Peer Success Leader, Executive VP of Marketing for the Residential Hall Association, Vice President of the German Club, a College Scholar in the Imagined Communities cohort, and a member of Ballroom Dance club. I love crocheting stuffed animals, teaching myself new languages, crying of laughter, long walks, and am a huge drag enthusiast.

I’m so excited to meet all of you! Don’t hesitate to reach out or wave at me if you see me around campus!
