Below is a brief description of each Beyond the Bubble trip offered for Fall 2025. More details to come soon!

Saturday, September 6th | 12:30-3:30 PM

This Beyond the Bubble trip is a perfect introduction to the city of New Orleans. Join us for a trip to Vue Orleans and Cafe Du Monde.

Vue Orleans is a 360° taste of the city, offering breathtaking views from an observation deck atop one of the tallest buildings in New Orleans. From history-rich urban architecture to the wetlands and waterways surrounding us, the Vue Orleans observation deck delivers the best views in town. It’s the ultimate starting point for any new New Orleanian. After your viewing experience at Vue Orleans, we will venture to another iconic site for some beignets on us, Cafe Du Monde. You can’t consider yourself a resident of New Orleans until you have their beignets!

This Beyond the Bubble trip is perfect for anyone looking to learn more about the unique culture of New Orleans and what makes this city so great! Join us for a walking tour of the French Quarter and Café Du Monde!

Denise Augustine, our tour-guide, uses storytelling to bring you closer to the heart of New Orleans. She will be sharing the authentic cultures and traditions of New Orleans and you’ll feel a new found appreciation and love for New Orleans after this trip.

This Beyond the Bubble trip is perfect for anyone who can’t wait for the Mardi Gras season and wants to start the celebration as soon as possible! Join us for a trip to Mardi Gras World! 

Mardi Gras World offers a behind the scenes look at the most festive New Orlean’s traditions. This all-access opportunity winds you through a massive studio, where artists and architects build parade floats from the ground up. You’ll learn about the history of these unique celebrations, going beyond its reputation, to get a deeper understand of Mardi Gras. There will be hundreds of photo opportunities and the chance to make your own Mardi Gras mask!
